Track order progress using your account, order email, or tracking number once fulfillment has been completed.
Where To Check
Start with your account page or the order email. If a tracking number is available, open the carrier tracking page for the latest scan.
Tracking Has Not Updated
Carrier systems can take time to refresh after a label is created. If there is no movement after a reasonable period, contact support with the order number.
Address Questions
If you entered an incorrect address, contact support quickly. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment has started.
