Track Your Order

Track order progress using your account, order email, or tracking number once fulfillment has been completed.

Account lookup Logged-in customers can review order history in My Account.
Tracking email Shipping updates should be sent when carrier details are available.
Carrier updates Tracking pages may take time to show the first movement.

Where To Check

Start with your account page or the order email. If a tracking number is available, open the carrier tracking page for the latest scan.

Tracking Has Not Updated

Carrier systems can take time to refresh after a label is created. If there is no movement after a reasonable period, contact support with the order number.

Address Questions

If you entered an incorrect address, contact support quickly. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment has started.
